Sam began the mammoth redesign and renovation of his North London flat earlier this year. It was a real honour to work with him on such an amibitious and personal project. Sam put a great deal of care and research into his paint colours; we landed on a scheme that complimented the garden, which, given the size of the windows, features heavily throughout the flat.

The yellow apartment building next to the Tate Modern is called Bankside Lofts. It's a residential complex designed by architect Piers Gough. Completed between 1995 and 1998, the building is known for its striking yellow ochre tower, glass-fronted exteriors, and its prime location on the South Bank of the River Thames. We completed this ambitious limewash project in the summer of 2025.
DANIEL'S FLAT | OLD STREET
We completed this project in Summer 2025.
The flat simply needed some TLC and some fresh colour.
